Nestled in the hills of eastern Kentucky, the East Kentucky Web Group helps organizations in this corner of Appalachia reach their full information technology potential. The founders of EKWG, who were born and raised here, believe that eastern Kentucky with its strong independent heritage can reach new heights by embracing technology.
"When we needed an integrated application that would allow a customer to use
a scanner or a laptop to receive product away from their desktop computer,
we called EKWG. We had never used EKWG for assistance and we wanted to see
if they could work with our existing software that they had not seen before.
EKWG was able to ask us the important questions on how we wanted this new
"Remote Receiving" application to work so that they could tie it into our
existing inventory management system. The process they used was fast and
very comprehensive - it was like they knew our business from way back. The
application worked and our customer is happy. We are glad we chose EKWG.
We plan on making them our long term software support team for all future
requests and we now use them as our only IT consulting firm for webmaster
